Will I get charged import tariffs/duty?
If you're in the US, no. Because these are made in Canada with materials made in USA, they fall under the CUSMA trade agreement and aren't affected by the recent trade changes. If you're outside of the US, you can send me an email to work out what kind of import taxes you may be subject to.
Is Lozier Design House a big company?
Nope, it's just me and occasionally my wife (I pay her in plants)
What are these made from?
The shelves are made from a 100% recyclable expanded PVC product that's made in the USA.
Are these 3D printed?
No, the shelves are cut on a CNC table from sheet material and hand finished.
How difficult is assembly / installation?
Fairly simple if you're comfortable with a power drill. It comes with easy to follow instructions, screws, drywall anchors, and screw cap stickers.
What are the shelf weight limits?
The shelves comfortably hold 12lb (a gallon of paint). They can start to bow slightly at 15 lbs, and noticeably bow at 20lbs.
What size pots can i put on them?
The Small shelf can fit a 5" and 3" planter.
The Large can fit a 7" planter and a 5" planter.
What is the return policy?
You can return your product within 30 days for a full refund for any reason. We want every customer to be completely in love with their shelves. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll work with you to make it right.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped next business day, but alas, I am my only employee, so there are times that high volume sales can push that lead time to a maximum of 5 business days. If your order will take longer than 2 days, I'll send you an email with your ship date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9 Canadian or about $6.50 USD.
